The Susie Davenport Difference
Not all Realtors were created equally. As you considering putting your home on the market, I would like to list a few of the reason I stand apart from other Realtors:
-
Market knowledgeI love statistics and market research. I enjoy finding new trends and sharing this information with my clients. See the link to the left on accurate pricing.
-
AccessibilityIf you have not heard from me by Friday, I will call you to update you with the week's activities. Additionally, I am very responsive to phone calls, voicemails, and emails. I will call you back!
-
Easy Exit ClauseI strive to do the best job possible to sell your home. I am conscientious to follow through with promises and tasks. To prove this diligence, I offer an easy exit clause to release you from our listing agreement if I am not living up to my word.
-
Web presenceOpen houses, home books, and newspaper ads are OUT. The most effective advertising is on the Internet. Statistics prove that most buyers use the Internet as their real estate information source. Your home must be all over the web for maximum exposure! I will place your home on over 47 different websites. In addition, all of my listings have a Virtual Tour to get buyers inside your home without ever leaving the comfort of their own home. I would like to note that we still do open houses and written advertisements for our sellers. We just know from research that they are not the avenues that usually attract your ultimate buyer.
-
Team supportI am proud to be part of the highly successful Turner-Victory Team at Bob Parks Realty. Some teams are structured to hand off the seller to an assistant after signing the listing agreement. Our team does not operate like this. My team gives me support in terms of paperwork, data entry and advertising. You will rarely hear from our two assistants. I will always be your main point of contact.

StagingHGTV and other television shows have done a great job of educating sellers on the importance of staging. Staging is imperative in today's market. It is important for home sellers to understand that there is a difference in staging and decorating. Decorating is tailored to one specific person's tastes and style. Staging is preparing your home to appeal to the masses. I use Pam Woods of Stage Our Space for my staging consultations. |
